On 20.03. I had made online reservation to Chennai with KSRTC Bus. But the transaction was failed and amount of Rs. 615 was deducted from my account. The Ref No for the transaction is OB5734257 .
After this several mail correspondence, reminder mails were done requesting to refund the amount. But till date this has not happened.
The mail correspondence details are as follows:
Sent on 30.05.2012
Still awaiting my MONEY

You are requested to check up with the card issue bank/statement of account for the refund amount after 7 business days and also we have introduced automatic refund for failed transaction on ICICI bank gateway, hence no mail be sent for failure on ICICI bank gateway.
