Online Refund for Cancelled Tickets is not done

Dear Sir,

I had cancelled 2 tickets on 17-Dec which was booked online on 8-Dec from KSRTC (URL: http://59.162.166.116/AWATAROnline/). And till now the refund amount is not credited to my Credit card Account. PNR Numbers are: J15735965, J15736157. And there is not a reasonable and proper response from the KSRTC Customer Service Team.

After a lot of try i happened to contact a member from Accounts Section in KSRTC and on thursday (31-Dec) i was informed that by monday (4-Jan) the refund amount will be credited. But it has not happened. And now i have been trying to contact the Accounts Section and nobody is picking up the call. I have been keep on mailing the online refund email contact ([email protected]) at KSRTC and they are not at all responding. Yesterday the address ([email protected]) got invalid (corrupted) it seems the my last mail was not delivered.

I have been calling the KSRTC Customer Service numbers and there are not proper response. The only thing that is happening is that my Mobile Bill is increasing and for what good?

I have been using the KSRTC Bus service and i was satisfied with their Bus Service. But now i have lost all hope and i feel that they have completely lost their Dignity. Although i will keep trying to get my refund amount from KSRTC back i would request you all to never to use the Online Booking facility of KSRTC.
