Dear Sir,
SUB: CHARGING FOR FAILED TICKET THROUGH INTERNET
I try to book a ticket from BANGALORE TO HYDERABAD on 21st December for 8-15 for thee jurney on 25th December, 08 Volvo bus (AIravata) and after processing with all the columns and at the time of payment through credit card there was an error in processing the ticket. and I could not get the ticket and I several time tried for the same and failed to get the connectivty.
And I tried the same on 22nd December 08, for the same bus through Internet through mySBI credit card and I successfully, got the ticket vide PNR NO J11627086 TRIP CODE NO 2015 BNGHYD SEAT NO 2 & 3 BOOKED ON 22ND DEC 08, PASSANGER NAME 1. K.V.RAGHAVENDRA 2. D JAGIRDHAR
and we traveled on 25th Dec, 08 and after I received my SBI CREDIT CARD STATEMENT I found that the fare amount of Rs 1416/- was debited twice on 21st and 22nd on KSRTC.
Secondly When I checked with my KSRTC INTENET RESERVATION ON VIEW BOOKED TICKET ONLY ONE TICKET IS DISPLAYING.
Hence I request the concerned officials to look in to the matter and refund the amount of Rs1416/- which was collected twice due to failure of Internet system.
Hope the concerned will do the needfull without giving chance to approch consumer form.
