Renewed PP not received even after 6 months

Dear Sir,

Its so sad that the Passport office is taking more than 6 months to renew the Passport of my daughter, Karuna Susan Joseph Application No. C 035667/08 Document No. A4439738 dt.16/12.

I had personally met the Officer and she assured that we would get the same within 10 days and that also have elapsed. What do I do next? Sad, really sad way the office is working isn't it?

Kindly do something.
