Kawasaki E999 mobile
Clicking problem with stylus

Sir/Madam,

I have purchased the E999 Kawasaki touch screen mobile, but the problem is that when i press the particular item on screen by stylus, it doesn't open instead the below item is open,

Similary on quick search to see particular contact when i click by stylus for eg. q it diplays a category contatct name. In dial screen when i press 1 it diplays 4, when i press 2 it displays 5 and so on.

Due to which I am facing lot of problem.

Please replace the mobile set with the new one as early as possible.
