Dear Sir,

I brought my monthly grocery from KB'S FAIRPRICE SHOP on 1st Jan for RS 858. The Bill no is #t1/MB542, #T1/14520. In the shop there was one banner on which they described this "SHOP FOR RS 799 & GET RS 60 TIDE POWDER FREE". But when I saw bill they described the "SHOP FOR 599 &GET TIDE 1 KG FREE".

I get 60 RS tide powder free on shopping of RS 858. When I considered this matter. I went to shop & told to cashier to give me clarification but he refused & angry on me. This matter is not proper for customer.

I have complained in consumer forum. My complaint no is 164264.
