I registered a complaint "del1804090112"with Videocon regarding my 1.5 Split Kelvinator AC. on 18th April. The Customer Care said that i would receive the call from engineer within 24 hrs, but i receive the first call on 29th and the person said that he would attend to the complaint the same day but he didn't turned up. Later i receive another call on 30th April and i fixed the appointment for 2nd may with the flexibility that he can come anytime during the day, again the same thing happened, nobody came to my home.
