Myself reside in Mumbai & had purchased Kenstar Air Cooler one and a half years back and recently there was a problem with the cooler (water pump not working) and hence it was not functioning. So I tried to call their customer service and initially they registered the complaint and after 24 hours when there was no response from their side I called up and they said that they have cancelled the complaint. So I again registered another complaint and this time also they promised me that they will send their technician with in 24 hours. But now it has been 48 hrs. but no one has bothered to show up nor any one has replied back for the complaint. So this time I again called back (3rd time) and they gave the same false promise of sending some one with in 24 hrs.
I think nobody at Kenstar cares for the customer service and just talk Bull-Shit about their products and services.
My humble request to each and every one in India is not to go for any Kenstar Products other wise BAAD MEIN BURI TARAHA PACHTAOGE.
