Myself reside in Mumbai & had purchased Kenstar Air Cooler one and a half years back and recently there was a problem with the cooler (water pump not working) and hence it was not functioning. I think nobody at Kenstar cares for the customer service and just talk Bull-Shit about their products and services.
My humble request to each and every one in India is not to go for any Kenstar Products other wise u will commit suicide.
