Dear Sir,
I have purchased a new Kenstar Air Cooler Model No CT 9924 on 30th April. but it couldn't completed even 15 days and its fan got damaged.
On 13th May i lodged a complaint vide no THA 1405100024 on helpline no 18004194040. On the very next day one technician has visited my home, checked the cooler and informed me that its fan has been damaged and promised me to repair it within two days but he did not come back.
On 26th May i again lodged another complaint vide no THA 2605100283.
Now more than 15 days have been passed and nobody has come till date to resolve this issue even i havn't received any call from the company/service centre.
Now the scene is this, when i call customer care/service centre and they used to give the commitment to get this resolved within 24 hours.
I do not know when this 24 hours will get finished and my cooler get repaired.
Hence I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
