Very poor service by customer care

I have lodged a complain no. KOL/0106090392 for microvave door closing probleme on 04-06 on 05-06 the service man visit my home and take away oven's door and inform that he repair and refit on 09-06 to day 16-06 nothing progress. i remiend daily on ph. no. 39404040.

NOTHING TO SAY ABOUT KENSTAR SERVICE CENTRE A BIG COMPANY PRODUCT PROBLEME DID NOT SOLVE WITHIN TWO WEEK .
