POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I PURCHASED KENSTAR MICROWAVE OVEN FROM `NEXT' STORE, SANGLI ON 07-05-08.

HEATING PROCESS OF IT STOPPED AND I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH `NEXT' ON 11.03.2009.

TECHNICIAN VISITED AFTER 6 DAYS. HE EXMINED AND SUGGESTED REPLACEMENT OF A PART.

NEW PART ARRIVED AFTER 10 DAYS WHICH WAS NOT SUITABLE FOR THIS MODEL. TECHNICIAN TOOK OLD AND NEW PARTS WITH HIM. THEN TILL TODAY (18-04) THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY. I WROTE TO COMPANY ON 24-03. STILL NO REPLY.
