I didnt know that kenstar donot provide after sales service. I have kenstar fully automatic tumble top washing m/c in my home. It is giving problems. Problem is that the m/c takes water but after taking full water m/c does not run and water contineously comming out from the m/c drum. I have registered complaint on 19.10.09. After daily follow ups, on 24.10.09, I came to know that the complaint has closed as it is attended. But actually no body came to attend the problem even nobody called me for the problem. Again I have registered the complaint. But again same phenomana happen. On 27.10.09 again I registered the complaint. When I asked to customer care officer to talk to Sr person they didn't reply and cut the phone. This happen many times. Nobody has turned up nor any call received from their side. I have traced around two dozen contact nos just to get the service done but none of them have so far solved the problem. I kindly request indian authorities to BAN/BLACKLIST Kenstar in India.
