The cooler is not worked for more than a week after puirchase in april-may 09. june 11th ilidged a complaint with your toll fre number. i waited... nobody attended. Then again complaint registerd freshly on 29th. Assured to attend within 24 hrs. but morethan 48 hrs passed. nobody is seen. after paying about 6000 Rs, i could not use it in this summer.

so pl. take this seriously and attend at the earliest
