Poor after sales service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one le pure model water purifier from Kenstar. For the servicing of said machine I am facing a lot of problem.

1) I have requested there service center at Konnagor, West Bengal to do the paid service of that machine for 6 times then they said their representative.

2) At the time of servicing that representative found some problem like crack in some parts and the light inside is fuse.

3) He took full service charges on that we paid and committed to come within 2 days.

4) That job has been carried out by the authorised service center 21days back and after that a lot of assurance given by the recepsonist of that service center but till date nobody has attended.

Now my question is :

1) How that bulb got fuse within about 2 years 6 months.

2) How some chember of that m.c got crack.

3) Without doing entire job how the representative took the money for service charge.

4) When I am ready to pay why parts not being replaced within 20 days.

5) What is the use of such purifier, if somsthing happen whether Kenstar will take the responsibility.

After selling the product Kenstar never bother about product performance. I am preparing to lodge a complaint against them for worst after sales.
