KENT GRAND Water Purifier
Faulty machine

I had purchased KENT GRAND water purifier from lucknow last month on 30/05/09.. The bottom side of the machine is broken due to which there is a constant seepage of water.

I had tried conatcting the service people, OM Associates, here in lucknow twice but they havn't responded yet..
