I have taken AMC for my kent ro machine which is valid till next year. within a period of 20 days, i have contacted twice to the customer care regarding malfunctioning of my machine. same has been attended within a stipulated time. but problem still continues as the machine never stops resulting the loss of stored water from our roof top tank (in B-10/110, air india colony, vasant vihar, new delhi). today, i.e. on 19th october 09, monday, i have been trying the customer care tel. 01204669666, since morning but not able to get through. something wrong, i hope. please get my machine rectified earliest possible in order to save water and leakage.
