Not rectifying the water filter in warranty period

Hi,

I have bought a Kent Mineral RO Water Purifier from Magic Waters (#2862, Ground floor 1st main 80Feet road HAL 2nd Stage Indiranagar Bangalore) on 19th July My bill no. is 3704. FSO name. Nazeer Ahmed Emp. code 4431.

From last 1.5 Months its having a problem..and the water filter is not working.. I have contacted there Kent Customer care (080-23214684/86) there head office in Noida (0120-3075000)..its still in warrant period... but neither Magic waters nor Kent company is willing to fix it. Magic waters says you need to talk to head office..Kent company represenatives says you need to get it fixed from whom you had purchased (Magic waters) since you had paid money to them.

They are making me to rum from pole to post..but taking any step to repair.

Its a clear case where customer is cheated after purchasing the product from a reputed company..who is not even fixing the product even though its in warranty period.
