We purchased a Kent water softener KR090204614 and it was delivered to us vide Delivery Challan no. 1985 dated 10-4 from Anand Enterprises Bhopal. It worked only for 15 days till after its installation but after that it stopped working. We made several complaints but we are not attended. Anand Enterprises Bhopal are least bothered of coming and attending the problem of Kent water softener. We were not told about the degree of hardness obtained after the installation of water softener. We are not at all satisfied with this product of yours. Presently, softener is not working. We want the softener to be attended at the earliest. Thanks.
