No bus service

Dear Sir/Madam

All the public including me who were suppose to go towards Ranny route and beyond waited in the Pathanamthitta KSRTC bus stand for 1 hour from 7pm -8pm on 13/08 still we were not able to get a bus. The KSRTC staff were least bothered about the matter because they didnt had any problem, problem was for us.

I being a victim for this case kindly request you to take some serious action against this matter.
