It is astonishing that the sub standard electrical metres ousted by the people of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh have found it's way at Kanpur.
The speciatily of these metres are they are made to run double their speed a breakdown quite frequently.
The poor consumers has no way but to pay the hefty bills or pay for the RDF ones.
More interestingly, there are no metres to replace the faulty ones.
GOd knows when the people will wake up!!!
