Wrong type meter installed by KESCO

Dear Sir,

My Connection number 028288 (AL17133396) is approved for 5KW load in 2008. But KESCO has installed new meter 3KW only & charging me for 5Kw connection.

Several times this have been informed to KESCO, Apheem kothi-substation & survey was done by KESCO engineer also. But till today there are no action form KESCO.

You are requested to replace meter ASAP.
