I am Kh. Simon from Imphal. After reading the advertisement of Khangoldcare regarding thier tower installation at local newspaper, I apply for an authorization of khangoldcare agency at Imphal through their e-mail which in their response gave us an authorization letter with service tax no. AAJFK9576GSD001 stating that our authorization has been granted and we will be getting Rs 10000 at each installation as agent commision. Afterwards, we started collecting the land documentations and as per their instruction after the receival of the approval letters we started sending the DD, s of around 130 customers through us. We were told that the survey team will arrive at Imphal on June 1st week. Afterwards their is no response from their side tilldate and all their contact numbers are switched off. Due to this unwanted circumstances we are facing a lot of pressures from our clients. Therefore, We request the authority to kindly look into this matter.
