Short measuring of Petrol

I got petrol filled in my car for Rs 400/- (9.85 ltr) on 11 Feb vide Receipt No.210630 dated 11.2.09. My car covered around 80 km, whereas normally my car covers around 110-120 km when I fill the petrol for Rs 400/-. I request you to do the needful so that other fellow customers are not duped and image of Indian Oil in not tarnished.
