I have given complaint to Kid Zee School HQ on 21.10.2009 through mail and i have informed them that my son Master Ansh Goel is studying in Kidzee Play School, Sec- 8, Branch, Gandhinagar (Gujarat). I informed that his school started on 8th June but I did not get Children Books Uniform Kit etc. till date 21.08.2009 I have paid all the fee whenever due. I have daily approached the School Management but they always giving answer that they are helpless and they are depend on HQ and they did not provided the Kit. However after passing 4-1/2 month i again sent complaint to KidZee HQ but they did not responded and I have not received (Children Kit) and no action has been taken by the management. I still approaching the School Management but they have not provided the same and no results/performance of my Son given by the School. Suddenly they have send SMS to me without prior intimatin that the School will closed from 12th Oct to 5th Nov due to Diwali. I don't know what is the pattern adopting by KidZee School. I am very surprised that how they are learn the children without study material. So plesae help me to sort out the problem as there is very big gap arising in the study of my Son without proper studuy material (Children Kit)
