I am having Kinetic Nova Dlx- 115 CC . It is giving complaints since the date of purchase.
I had shown that to different authorised service centres near by my location.
The main problem with Kinetic is worst customer service. They dont have proper service network like their competitors.
Now About my main complaint.
My scooter was stopped in running in March. The service center near my home (about 9-10 Kms away in diff. city) told that the face assembly and other parts are to be replaced. These parts are used to move wheel on belt. Total assembly alongwith the fan belt needed to be replaced, but the main part Face Assembly Drive (Part Number: 45335040) with the co.and their authorised service centres in Mumbai, Thane, New Mumbai and Pune. Now the scooter is with the service centre since March (Almost 7 months) due to non availability of spares. The service centre Incharge is now torturing me for the rent to keep the scooter with them (He wants me to pay rs.7000 as a rent till date). Why should I suffer for their mistake?? He says, it is not his duty to arrange the spares.
