This is regarding my security deposit of 700/- which i gave against two Kinley 20 lts. bottles. The distributor Dogra Enterprises 246, Munirka New Delhi-110067, Mr. Lal is the most obnoxious man i have come across. They were okay till you needed the water bottles, the minute I talked about the security refund, he became very rude and stopped taking my calls. Another person I would like to mention is Ms. Pooja whose no. I got through Kinley Helpline.(919818266663). She is very arrogant and rude. I strongly recommend everybody not to deal with Kinley people. It's been now almost two months that I have been calling these people but in vain. Hope the higher authorities do the needful.
