No supply of Kinley Mineral Water for over 2 Weeks

Hi,

I have been purchasing Kinley Mineral water jars of 20 litres for the last 5 years. They have stopeed supply in Bangalore for two weeks now. I lodged a complaint # SRA-809030204 at their call center, and they said they will revert 'VERY SOON'. Upon asking for a definite date, I was told they will revert by April 5th, but there is NO RESPONSE and no supply of water.

Water is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE, and I don't know how a company like Kinley can be so casual.
