Cylinder not delivered even after one month

I have a gas connection for Bharat Gas, Distributor name: AMMU GAS AGENCY (Phone: 0424 - 2282912 / 2281275), No.33, Nadar Medu, Moopalayam, Erode: 638 002.

My Consumer No:33350.

My Order No.4199

Booked date:15.11.2010.

Generally when compared to others, Ammu Gas service is worst. Always they are insisting to book only after 30 days on the delivery date. But vry much regret to say that they are not ready to deliver even after two months, i.e. one month after the the booking date. They are thinking nobody will complain and no one can take action again them.

Still I have not reciceved the gas cylinder

I want stringent action not to repeat such lethargic attitude.
