With reference to the above mentioned product is not in a working condition. Motor is dead.

Please send your representative to repair the same or replace the product at the earliest. Please note that these products is not working in proper conditions we noticed local items are more better that the kitchen queen. Please replace my product as soon as possible.

Till date your representatives are not taken any action on this complaint.

If your services / products are not good how can we buy any other products.
