Product not getting serviced

We have bought a hand blender from next. The motor burned out in a few months. Product is under warranty. We called but customer care is very difficult to get through. Somehow we did, they promised somebody will come, but now body did. After many more calls we got a guy, who told that motor is burned but this product parts are no longer available and he will give us a report with this effect next week. He never showed up again. We sent an email to customer care and they also are saying same. They said go to Next showroom and get it replaced. Next is the one who in the first place said that they can not do anything and we have to call customer care. So now it is a ping pong game and we are not getting service even after such a long time. I am including the text of emails below which also has the complain number we were given.

I bought quite a few things from Next, but this is the first one which carries the brand name also (others were from companies like Samsung). I am having a really bad time. Your company is neglecting our complain to the utter most disdain. I am not sure what to do with you. We have called at least 5 times. Every time we got a complain number and a promise that somebody will call and show up in 24 hours. Till now more than one and half month has passed but no body showed up till day before yesterday (Saturday 30May). This also happened after I called the service center wfrom where this guy was supposed to show up. They were saying that call is completed and somebody has checked the blender, whichw as a comlete lie. I can not believe that no bodu cares for such lies? More to it, this guy told us that this blender is out of date and sapre parts are no longer available? Now who is responsible for that, company who is selling something which can not be serviced any more or these guys who have been lieing anyway. Warranty time is passing and I think you are doing it only to pass this time. You are a negligent and careless bunch of people who does not want to work. Well I just hope somebody among you have some work ethics.

Ok After your email acknowledgment, nothing has happened. The guy who came to our home told that this blender is out of date (parts no longer available). After that he said he will come back and give a written report. He never came back. I am trying but no body pick up phone also at service center. Your customer care called as follow up but did nothing. They said we should go to Next and get it exchanged. Next says they can not do anything and we should talk to customer care. They also promised that they will send an email with all details but no email has reached me till date. I have been checking my yahoo account also and the spam also regularly.

Now I am getting frustrated with your callous attitude. More than two months have passed and nothing has happened.

Will you do anything? Please now give me it in writing that Next should change it so that I can show it to next and they can change it. Although the best way is that you take up the case and send us a new piece now.
