iam a regular user of railway parcel service.iam a businesman who deal with fishing net.i have a real problem in transporting goods from chennai central to kollam junction. iam not getting the goods in my hand as the condition its booked...

the goods r soaked with fishwater ..so that i cant sell the items ..which r sold in kgs..

i had already given complaint to the parcel officer here at kollam... and ..my manufacturer also complaint there at chennai..both went in vain..now iam helpless..

i lost my business and my godwill..only because of railways irresponsibity

i am really awaiting railway to take necessary steps..and help me to retain my business..pls reply me...
