Subject :-telepone line very disturance

My tel phone no.02737-247820, is always having disturbance in lines.inspite of many compalints no proper action was taken. iItwill only work for one or two days properly. Iam also told there are not proper telephone lines.we have also taken bsnl internet connections which is also having problem.
