Faulty Layout of Dispensing Machine causing damages to vehicle

I went to your Punnapra dealer in Alleppey - Kerala to fill petrol in my new santro car. Unfotunately due to my lack of concentration for a second left side of the car portion got damaged badly. Now I would like to inform you that the layout and construction of the dispensing machine is not up to your standard which can cause future damages to your valuable customers blaming the fault on the company.
