I am an Indane customer from Banglore. The
disributor in my area is KK indane sub branch located at Iblur on
sarjapur road, I have been moved to this loaction one year back and
till now now I have not received the refill cylinder on time. When ever
we request the cylinder the person says it will be delivered in an
hour time and finally I will have to go in person with my own
transportation to get the cylinder.many times I had to keep the food
half cokked because the gas would have got over. The distributor always
gives false promise and never deliver the cylinder on time. Please do
some thing which will help us to get the delivery ontime. Even there is
a shortage the distributor should not give false promise and should
give a scheduled delivery date so that we can plan acordingly.
This time I have booked the cylider on Monday 15 th october and from
that day onwards trhe distributor, every day, promises the cylider will
be deliverd in an hour.and till today I have not received it
Please do the needful asap
