This is regarding the cash card no 4211 8920 xxxx xx63 in the name of my father himesh kumar.my father has recently expired and he has an outstanding of about rs. 8000. we had been given the information that if a person expires there will be a wave off facility for the amount outstanding but now they are refusing it and iam also asking them the details regarding the insurance coverage which he was paying every month but iam not getting any response from the customer care. kindly treat this seriously and revert back.
