Sub: Improper conduct/ behavior of school authorities & teachers with students

Let me take this opportunity to wish you all compliments of the season & best wishes for 2009…
As we all look trough wards prosperity, health, wealth…we all believe in giving our children’s the best of health/ wealth or education. But we stand wrong at times?
I would like to notify/ keep you informed about indiscipline/ inappropriate/ uncultured behaviors of school authorities & schoolteachers at Holy Cross Convent School (Mira Road) Near St Joseph Church.
There are several major & other issues to keep your concern informed, but I shall cover you with few of them… if we take a look with school authority lets start with Sister Marcy school principal?
a) Sister Marcy certainly dose not entertain any parents with complaints of school teachers, it doesn’t concern her whether matter is serious or normal, in fact she would say to parents in a very disturbing behavior which is uncultured/ inappropriate remove your child from school if you want… being a sister she doesn’t have the ability to convenience parents. (But complaint will not be entertained by her)
b) Last year Sister Marcy had a removed contribution of Rs. 100/- per head from 10th standard students as a farewell/ sendoff party? But very “disgusting” she didn’t keep her promise and kept all students disappointed without any party…even the money was not returned
c) Sister Marcy haves a unpleasant/ indecent attitude trough-wards parents, if parents needs to meet sister Marcy for discussion they have to wait for an hour or more even during parents meeting hours. None of the parents are convenience/ happy with her commitments made by her
If school authority has such filthy nature, we can expect worse from teachers… I shall cover you a little information on schoolteachers?
a) If your kind concerns have a routine inspection in school you can figure out many teacher are not even from teaching background…most of the teachers are just 10th std pass… they them self don’t have an attitude, how can you expect attitude from them to teach your children, they themselves are lacking for some knowledge
b) We have few teachers who ages are expected to be more then 50yrs if I am not wrong? And they do not have proper hearing ability, plus found sleepy in class most of the time, removes their frustration on children especially while they are hyper tensioned
For e.g. how teacher mistreats and has their attitude trough ward students?
1) Last year teacher Judy had poked a pencil point in a student hand with anger, which needs medical attention immediately, which ended with four stitches on his/ her hand (Teacher Judy’s attitude as yet not stopped) And no one to say a word?
2) Also noticed’ teachers throw duster chock on students head, which could be dangerous at times… (In general with most of school teachers)
3) Teacher’s hits students with ruler & duster, they hold students with they tie and pull them against themselves to hit? (Such attitude is really not acceptable at all)
4) Teachers speaks ill about parents in class in front of all students (Erroneous habit)
5) Bad attitude and incorrect/ indecent language used by following teachers like Farhad, Rubby, Preethi, Babbra, Joice & Maria (To be taken into serious consideration)
6) Some teachers also have discrimination against religion, especially one like Farhad she should be dismissed at once!!!
Theses are the personnel who misuse their power in institution like this? And we people send our children based on their trust…
The above message is for your kind information and disciplinary/ appropriate action against corruption by above mentioned names personnel, who misuses their power
I think school authorities & teachers needs consoling
We believe to have justification by your kind concern
