So, the reciept says to go to this address and do a survey. why can't I find th survey???

in fairness to our local store # 9689&the employees are very helpful and try very hard 99% of the time. I know they must be frustrated with negative comments but they are good people and should not be lumped into the apparent corporate/administrative politics that must be the underlying cause of so much dissatisifaction in our town.
