PF claim not settled

Dear Sir,

My membership no. KN/29982/80

I have applied for PF claim in the month of May' 09 by giving all the bank details, etc.

But, on 1st week of June, it has been sent back to me from your office, saying that authorised signatory is not matching.

I contacted my Employer & they have sent again my claim form along with photocopy of authorised signatory letter to your office.

But, now already more than one and half month over, neither my amount has not been credited to my account nor there is no communication from your office.

Please let me know the status of claim.
