RE: REMINDER TO ISSUE CURRENT DEMAND OF K. No. 33405067892 MANSA DEVI.
In continuation to my previous submission Dated 19-09-08 [Copy attached], it is most respectfully submitted:-
1. That I requested you to issue me a separate Bill of current demand on many occasions, lastly on Dated 19-09-08 [Copy attached] but your department had never bothered to adhere my demand resulting gross violation of the order of Hon’ble Forum.
2. That it is further requested you to kindly obey the directions of the Hon’ble Forum and regularly issue me a separate bill of current demand, as it will be very difficult for me to make the payment in bulk, if the Bills of current demands are not issued regularly and suddenly you raising pending current demands in bulk.
3. That instead of replying and adhering to my request to indicate to accept current demand only on the bills issued, issuance of Notice to pay gross Bill [Previous Dues of other Consumer/K.No.] is not only unethical but also gross violation of the order of the Hon’ble Forum.
4. It is therefore humbly requested to you again to kindly direct your deputies accordingly so that in future the bill issued be indicated to accept current demand only to avoid further inconvenience and also to obey the directions of the Hon’ble Forum.
