Correction in name in PAN card

I have mentioned my sirname (Vashistha) in my PAN card whereas in my all certificates (matriculation, Sr. Secondary exam., Diploma, Driving License, voter I.D. card) sirname is not included.

Because in form there is a coloum for sirname so I mentioned it.

But now I am facing the problem in making other govt. certificates. So what I have to do to make the correct name in my passport.
