Wrong address

My address is H.No. 204, East India Colony, Sector-22, Faridabad, Haryana, Pin Code 121005

But in my voter I.D. card it is mentiond as H.No. 204, Village-Mujeshar, Ballabhgarh (Ballabhgarh if my election constituency & the land on which my house is made, is of village Mujeshar)

Firstly I want to know whwther this card is valid for making passport or not.

Secondly I want to know the procedure to get my address correct very urgently.
