NON DELIVRY OF PACKET IN TIME

I had sent a packet vide DTDC CWB No. Z81065190 on 16/01 to Deesa. It was promissed by the Franchsie that the packet would be delivered next day in the evening. But today is 21 st Janand the packet is not delivered. It was a very urgent packet related to business contract.

We contected to the Local office of DTDC and two telephone Nos were given to me which I dialed and found not correct.reachable.

This is very poor service by DTDC and such important documents should not be sent through DTDC instead we should sent through Speed Post.
