Non receipt of passport

Dear Sir,

I applied for renewal of my passport on 8-5-08. (File No MDU E00749308). I received a letter dated 23-5-08 stating 'adverse report received in old passport'. I visited your office on10-7-08 and met the passport officer. I was assured of receiving the passport in 10 days. I did not receive the passport. Instead I received another letter dated 27-9-08 stating 'adverse report received in old passport'. I visited your office on 2-12-08 and met the passport officer. I was told that police verification was to be done again. This was done in early Feb 09. I have still not received my passport. I require it urgently now. Please do the needful. Thank you.
