My above mentioned digital camera is non operational, after 13 months. Could not locate service centre in Pune, Maharashtra, for last 5-6 months. When tried through "private service providers", for controller card of Kodak C 360, kodak charges for Rs. 3500 taxes, without guarantee. Simillar new digital cameras of 5.0 MP (e.g. Nikon L10) models are available from Rs. 4000/-
Will kodak India help me out for reasonable service?
