I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care dept for the past few days now. This is in refernece to my order number 0GB090002446 pertaining to a Kodak camera 10.2 megapixel along with free gift vouchers for a holiday trip, a round trip air ticket and a diamond voucher. I was assured that i would recieve this within 10 working days by Swati Arora when i confirmed my orrder for the same. Its been a few days beyond that and I have not recieved the same. Am a little annoyed since my husband and I bought this as an anniversary gift for ourselves and were planning to use the dame for out holiday trip starting the day after diwali. The contact number 41502424 is esay to get through, however no one comes on the line. Would apprec an early response about the whereabouts of the same as I only have 2 days left for my trip to begin.
