I have sent a booking request form for holiday voucher to Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore on 19th september but very unfortunate after making so many calls to this company, I got the voucher only in the third week of December. As they commit that after receiving booking request form, they will send the voucher within 10 working days, but no one is there to care for the matter as they never attend the custmer care phone number as well as the mobile number of a person Mr. kunal shah which is provided by the ITBC after requesting so many times.
Ihave sent the voucher to Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. ltd. on 15th December mentioning three locations and three dates but I did not get the confirmation from this fraud company for my holiday tour. As I have already missed the opportunity to avail this facility during new year due to negligency of this company. many time I have called to costmer care number of this company but no one attend the call. Its very painful to me and my family.
Please save from this type of fraud companies...
