EMS Speed post not received

Sir,

My PAN card is posted through registered EMS Speed post from bombay and it is not delivered due to improper adress specification hence i traced the speed post by its number- ET494512214IN and found it is routed to Andhra University post office. The Andhra University postal office has checked the records and confirmed that they have received it, but could not find it. This PAN CARD is very much required as i had to submit for all the requirement for visa processing, please do the needfull.
