I purchased 2 M 883 cameras on 17-02-08 from Galaxy color lab. Last week when I was trying to upload the pictures in the computer, I was horrified to see that USB cable is not working. The USB provided was defective. I went to the Galaxy color lab, they also checked and found that the cable is not working. On asking them to replace, they simply asked me to get in touch at service centre. I told them that its defective which need to be replaced, the owner said that its not his problem, I should have checked at the time of purhase. I reminded him that I asked him to check but he simply said that don't worry we are here. If you face any problem come back. Now when I go he simply refuse to talk. Is not taking the customer for a ride by selling defective products?
