I have given my digital camera for servicing which is under warranty on 12.11.2008 to your service centre at HCL Digicare Centre, HCL Infosystems Limited, 2nd Floor, Aditya Textile mill Compound, Safed Pool, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 700 072.

Till date i have not received any positive reply from them. Every time i call them, i get a reply that the matter is pending with Head Office and i will get a replacement of that camera with in a day. It is more than a month now that i m getting this reply. Hence i m writing it to you for neccessary action.

Hope i wll get a positive reply from you at least.
